UK Compliance, Right to Work, and Data Security Essentials

A candidate reaches final interview, but the recruiter cannot show which document was checked, who approved the decision, or why an automated recommendation was followed. That gap is a workflow failure, not just a software problem. UK compliance should shape the process before an organisation selects an AI model.

Recruitment automation programmes rarely fail because a connector is impossible to configure. They fail because the organisation automates too much, too soon, without deciding who owns the process.
